KPK Holds Training on Online Investigation Notification Letter for All Prosecutors

for the notification letter of the investigation (SPDP). The training was held Monday (29/10) in Park Lane Hotel, Jakarta.
KPK Deputy Chair for Enforcement, Firli said, the system has been developed since 2017 and was tried out by the police and high prosecutors in South Sumatra, East Java and West Java.
“The implementation of SPDP Version 2.0 in all 34 high prosecutors’ office across the country requires technical training for the users (data entry and verification staff), to be able to operate it,” he said.
The online SPDP is an implementation of the MoU on the Cooperation on Corruption Crime Eradication between KPK, the Attorney General’s Office and the National Police, which was signed on 29 March 2017.
“The MoU states that relevant parties synergize in handling the corruption crime case through prevention coordination and supervision, enforcement and reporting. KPK created and developed the electronic SPDP reporting system through computer network and was implemented by all parties,” he said.
Junior Attorney on Special Crime Adi Toegarisman said, the synergy between lawa enforcement institutions must be carried out well and must not be hampered by technical issue.
“Therefore, I hope the prosecutors can optimize this training for the smoot information flow between law enforcers, particularly in handling corruption cases,” he said.
